Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, it will ship within 24-48 hours. You will automatically receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday. Tracking details will automatically be emailed to you once your order ships.
Standard Shipping:Ā Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $99+. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional Destination Fee of $24.99.
Expedited & Priority:Ā Shipping charges will be determined based on destination and package size & weight. We do notĀ offer Priority / Overnight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited and Priority orders placed before 10am PT will ship out on the same day, those placed after 10am PT will ship out the following business day.Ā
Tendril is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can choose to purchase shipping protection (by āRouteā) when you complete your order. We are unable to provide a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items if Route Shipping Protection is not purchased.
30-Day ReturnĀ Policy
We truly believe you will love all of your Tendril⢠products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always get a full refund, minus the return shipping cost. All you have to do is contact us and ship the return back to us within 30 days of the initial delivery.Ā

100-Day Trial Policy
At Tendril, we believe in the transformative power of smart, sustainable plant care. Thatās why we offer a 100-day risk-free trial of the Tendril Planter System. If youāre not completely satisfied, you can return itāno hassle, no hard feelings.
ā Whatās Covered
- Eligibility: The trial is available only for first-time purchasers of the Tendril Planter System from tendril.com or authorized retailers.
- Duration: Your trial begins on the delivery date of your purchase, and lasts for 100 calendar days from that date.
- What You Can Do: Use the planter system just like you normally would. Grow your plants, test the self-watering and air-pruning features, repot a plant into it ā experience it fully.
š Returns & Refunds
- Still Not Satisfied? Simply contact our Customer Support team before your 100 days are up.
- Return Condition: The planter must be returned with all included components and in reasonable condition. Light wear is expected, but damage beyond normal use may affect your refund.
- Return Shipping: You will have to arrange for return shipping to our warehouse.
- Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5ā10 business days.
ā ļø Exclusions
- Products marked as "final sale" or part of bulk/commercial orders are not eligible.
- Products damaged through misuse, modification, or neglect are not eligible for a full refund.
- Accessories, grow kits, or third-party products sold alongside the system may have separate return policies.
š Warranty Still Applies
Even after the 100-day trial, all Tendril Planter Systems are backed by our 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.
